I didn't like the 2 hour delay and then mechanical issue once we were on board. Overall, the flight was better than the flight I took to go to Florida, which had a bunch of problems. Miles ticket value has gone away. Everybody is playing the game of upselling and delivering lower service. When demand drops, so will the game of price gouging, but we’ll see.
